For over 40 years we have been remodeling homes in Seattle and have become one of Seattles most award winning, residential remodelers. We currently looking for fill our CRUCIAL estimator position. If you have experience in our field, waste no time in applying!

What You Will Be Doing

-Gather info about design and layout
-Site visits/sub-walks with teams, contractors and clients
-Gather and review subcontractor bids
-Create detailed estimates
-Tailor drawings and estimators to customers want/need

What You Need for this Position

-Residential Remodel estimating experience
-5+ years construction experience
-Ability to read blueprints
-Understanding proper se
-Experience in BuilderTrend a Huge Plus
