Environmental Due Diligence Specialist - PCAs, ESA Phase I, etc.
**Location anywhere along the West Coast** -- We are open to candidates anywhere in CA, OR, or WA.
We are seeking a Full-Time Due Project Assessor/Project Manager ideally with previous environmental/engineering consulting experience to perform ASTM Phase I ESAs and similar due diligence assessments. This is a remote flex opportunity with ability to work from home/in-office as desired coupled with occasional travel. What You Will Be Doing
The Environmental Due Diligence Specialist will possess a strong background and knowledge of the following:
- Performing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and associated reports
- Performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
- Preparing environmental site assessment and investigation reports
- ASTM environmental due diligence process and procedures
- Have in-depth knowledge of PCAs & ASTM Phase I ESAs and similar due diligence assessments, as well as due diligence consulting
- timely manner.
- Responsible for periodically conducting site assessments and authoring reports for properties they inspected as well as those inspected by other associates
- Be adept at handling employee and client communications in a timely and professional manner in order to address technical questions or concerns
What You Need for this Position
**5-10+ years of PROFESSIONAL experience in PCAs or Environmental Site Assessments or elated field
Most of the following experiences:
- Performing ASTM Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
- Performing field sampling activities
- Property Condition Assessments (PCAs)
- Due Diligence background
- Previous environmental/engineering consulting experience
- Client Management
- Able to travel occasionally
Bonus skills (not required):
- Seismic Risk
- Asbestos Inspector or related
- Mold or Lead or Radon Experience
