What You Will Be Doing

- Manage 25-30 direct employees
- Manage technicians and their daily reporting, testing, and productivity
- Assign certain roles to technicians
- Inspection, Mentoring, Teaching, and Testing
- Lead various team meetings
- Work closely with the lab lead to ensure tests/projects are completed upon deadlines
- Manage delays in production
- Conduct trainings when needed
- Work closely with outside customers and internal employees

What You Need for this Position

3+ years of experience:
- Semiconductor
- Destructive test equipment
- Destructive Physical Analysis
- SEM
- JEDEC
- Military standards
- MIL Standard knowledge/familiarity (More specifically with 1580/883/750)
- Experience with various destructive testing equipment tests

Bachelor's Degree in EE or related field
