Job Title: Director of Quality Assurance - Semiconductor
Job Location: Lake Forest, CA
Compensation: $120K - $180K DOE plus stock options
Requirements: Quality Assurance, Discrete Semiconductor, Quality Control, ISO 9001, AEC-Q101
Our company designs, develops and manufactures Silicon Carbide (SiC) Power Semiconductors as well as 150mm SiC epitaxial wafers. SiC Diodes and MOSFETs are available in both discrete and module form factors as well as bare die and wafer form. We also offer power conversion application expertise which includes sub-system design and semi-custom modules. We serve the following end markets: Electric Vehicle Chargers and Charging Stations; Power Factor Correction (PFC); Output Rectification; Power Supplies including Server Farms; Solar Panel Inverters, Welding, Medical Equipment; and Motor Drives.
We have a small fast-moving team with minimal bureaucracy. We are a diverse, pre-IPO startup and we are nearly 20% employee-owned.
