We are a general contractor that specializes in the field of multi family/apartment community renovation projects. We partner with owners and management companies throughout DFW and Texas to add value to their communities through exterior and interior upgrades.
What You'll be Doing:
The Director of Operations is responsible to plan, direct, and coordinate construction operations, purchases, financial reporting, and project controls activities for an assigned. The Director will oversee a team of 10 project managers on multi family renovation projects. You will prepare project controls, budget setup, schedules of values/billing mechanisms, and maintain each in collaboration with operational subordinates.
