What You Will Be Doing
- Lead a team that is building a platform for B2B commerce managing complex data integration, algorithms and analytics.
- Hire and retain top talent in the industry with a focus in scalable distributed environments
- Run an efficient metrics-based team process to execute on business priorities in a timely and predictable manner.
-Build highly reliable and scalable platform components with streamlined deployments, alerting/monitoring, and security of the next generation B2B commerce platform.
- Passion for encouraging high collaboration and alignment between Client engagement, Product and Product Engineering teams
- 10+ yrs experience in architecting software solutions with technical and operational expertise in cloud-based distributed SaaS platforms
- Proven ability in designing, building and running high-performance, highly-available and scalable systems
