What You Will Be Doing
- Partner with the marketing team to establish foundational reporting for paid media, website, and app stores:
- Develop website funnel views that break out sources of traffic (organic and paid) that allow the web team to optimize content and UX on the site
- Create reporting views for the Apple App Store and Google Play store
- Analyze Google Analytics and other data sources for insights to recommend A/B tests, improve site performance, conversions, audience targeting
- Work with website developers to implement new tracking tools and ensure they are working properly on an ongoing basis
- Assist marketing and product teams in defining business-critical KPIs for web & app analytics reporting
- Partner with marketing, product, and insights to identify retention drivers and provide actionable recommendations on communications and features
