Position Overview:
We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and lead all scheduling for our Construction Department. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules, managing timelines, and ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed project schedules and timeline plans for new construction projects
Monitor progress of all construction projects on a daily basis and adjust timelines as necessary
Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve any scheduling issues
Monitor resource utilization for each project and adjust as needed
Track material deliveries to ensure timely arrival on worksites
Prepare reports and updates for stakeholders on the progress of all construction projects
Provide support to foremen and other project staff to ensure all tasks are completed on time
Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Scheduling, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in scheduling, construction, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of construction scheduling and project management principles
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
