Job Title: Project Manager (New Builds)
Salary Range: $100k -$130k + Benefits
Overview: We are growing General Contractor based in the Denver Metro. As an emerging building company we specialize in many High-Profile Financial, Religious & Office/Retail projects in the region. We are looking for a Project Manager that has experience on projects of various sizes and complexity while also supplementing our estimating staff as we create hard-bid and design-build estimates.
The Project Manager, in partnership with the Superintendent, is responsible for the overall success of a construction project. This position is responsible for providing exceptional client service, leading a project team, and providing management of project budget, schedule, and quality. Additionally, the Project Manager oversees contractual requirements and documentation. Project Managers help lead the way in providing a good experience for everyone involved, including subcontractors, and owners
- Bachelors Degree (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar)
- Strong understanding of building systems
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Ability to delegate effectively
- Proficiency with Prolog, MS Project, Excel, and/or Primavera
- RFI and change order experience
