Based in Pennsylvania, we're a commercial GC that specializes in construction management, design-build and general contracting. Currently, we're looking for a Commercial Project Manager who can manage 4-6 jobs simultaneously and work on-site full-time.
About us:
We are 100% commercial
We service all nearby markets like Pittsburgh, Philladelphia, Baltimore, and the outskits of New York
Our projects range fom $500k-$5M
Our project managers primarily work out of the office and travel to 1 job-site/per week
What You Need for this Position
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of experience in Commercial General Construction management
Ability to travel once/per week to job sites
Proven leadership/management experience
Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
OSHA 10/30 Certification
Experience working with Microsoft Word, Outlook
Valid driver's license in good standing
