What You Will Be Doing
-Managing the project schedule and ensuring that work is completed on time.
-Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all work is done to specifications and within budget.
-Ensuring that all safety regulations are being followed on the job site.
-Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
-Keeping accurate records of all construction activity, including work schedules, change orders, and progress reports.
-Communicating regularly with the project owner or manager to provide updates on the construction project.
-Inspecting work for quality and ensuring that all work meets the project specifications.
-Hiring and managing the construction crew, including training, scheduling, and providing support as needed.
