We are a top 10 multi-family developer nationally with projects in 25-30 states across the country. We have a string of projects in the Austin market upcoming over the next several years, and are looking for strong project managers to represent the development/real estate arm of the business with oversight over construction teams. We have the ability to self-finance a good majority of our projects, so we have continued to grow throughout COVID- any position with us will be a long term spot with unlimited growth potential into upper management.
What You Will Be Doing
The CM role represents the development side of the business and will be working in conjunction with construction teams to make sure vertical integration runs smoothly throughout the business unit
What You Need for this Position
8+ Years Experience in Multi-family construction experience, with at least 4+ years of recent multi-family project management experience.
Student housing and high-density senior living projects will also be relevant experience that is applicable.
