Job Title: Construction Estimator
Job Location: Oakland, Berkeley, SF Bay area
Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 plus bonus, car allowance and/or vehicle
Requirements: 5+ years of Construction Estimating experience. **Must have been an Estimator on Underground Utilities Construction projects**

Based in the Bay Area, we are a highly experienced group of Construction professionals that do all things Demolition, Mass Excavation, and Underground Utilities! We primarily serve our established clients in San Francisco, Oakland, and Berkeley.

We are looking for an experienced Estimator that has proven experience with Underground Utilities construction projects. The ideal candidate will work with our Estimating team completing take-offs/hand-offs, solicit quotes from vendors/sub-contractors, and prepare/submit accurate proposals in a timely manner!

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ years of Construction Estimating experience
- MUST HAVE experience with Underground Utilities Construction projects
- Performed hand-offs, walk-throughs, bids, and submitted proposals
- Must be willing to travel to construction sites throughout Oakland, Berkeley, and SF
- Demolition and mass excavation project experience preferred but not required
