Position Overview: The Condo HOA Attorney is responsible for providing legal advice and services to condominium and homeowner association clients. They will provide counsel in a range of matters, including drafting contracts, advising clients on compliance with state and federal regulations, and representing clients in hearings and negotiations with outside parties. The Condo HOA Attorney must be prepared to handle complex legal matters and possess a deep understanding of the legal issues surrounding homeowner and condominium associations.
