We are actively hiring a Senior Superintendent with 15 - 20+ years of experience to join our team to work on a 35+ MM Cancer Center project in York, PA!
What You Will Be Doing
The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for managing all aspects of Healthcare projects including client schedules, budgets, relationships and profitability through project completion. The Superintendent will also be responsible for collaborating with the Project Team to refine, develop and update project schedules to ensure all criteria are identified and up to date. Select responsibilities are as follows:
Communicator: Communicate daily with owners, construction managers, designers, and other project team members to ensure progress toward the common goal is achieved.
Acts as the Constructability Expert during project procurement and execution, identifying constructability or schedule issues affecting project completion. Ensures field compliance with the contract documents and regulatory entities.
Field Leader: Lead project field personnel to complete projects on schedule, under budget with quality conforming to key project documents.
Safety
Environment Preserver: Ensures highest level of safety and environmental health is met onsite during project. Confirms infection control and other environmental requirements are accurate and maintained.
Documentation Gatherer: Coordinates successful completion of project documentation., including but not limited to daily and weekly reports, safety data, inspection logs, as-builts, etc.
Qualifications:
15 - 20+ years of construction supervision experience. Ideally, looking for someone with hospitals and other acute care facilities. Ground up and remodel/finish out experience required for project sizes up over 25+ MM.
Bachelors degree in construction science preferred, but not required
Procore experience is preferred, but not required
Scheduling experience (Microsoft Project, P6, etc.)
