What You Will Be Doing
- Work on client accounts with your direct report while getting acclimated to our proprietary CRM system
- Implement various business development methodologies to generate new business (most of our tools are fully automated)
- Use various tools including our internal database and LinkedIn to find qualified people for open roles
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews and collect feedback
- Negotiate service agreements with clients and negotiate candidate offers
What You Need for this Position
- 2+ yrs of B2B sales experience
- Proven success such as awards, recognitions, promotions, etc.
- Business development skills such as cold calling
- Worked in a KPI driven environment
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- Experience working remotely (preferred but not required)
