Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will play an integral role in the growth and success of the company by identifying, researching, and cultivating new business opportunities and relationships. This position will focus on driving sales and expanding market share in the Construction, Restoration, Fire, Water, Mold, and Remediation industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business and marketing strategies to increase company revenues
Develop relationships with key industry partners, vendors, and customers
Identify new and untapped markets and develop plans to take advantage of them
Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote new services and offerings
Negotiate contracts and agreements as needed
Evaluate and implement changes to existing operations or strategies to improve effectiveness
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
Provide sales forecasting and reporting to management
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
Proven track record of successful business development strategies and programs
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of the Construction, Restoration, Fire, Water, Mold, and Remediation industries preferred
