Working with AI and machine learning, we are producing the ideal paid search environment, ensuring the best advertisements appear against tailored search queries. Our technology dynamically constructs and manages account structures, detects and deploys new keywords, and generates winning ad content at scale using our tech. We are a well-funded tech startup expanding and looking for a Staff Backend Engineer to help with the customer-facing application.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be working on our highly visible, emerging customer-facing application and continuously integrating the code with 50% hands-on keyboard and 50% tech lead.

What You Need for this Position

Must Have Experience In:
- 8+ years in Python - Flask, Django or API
- 5+ years experience with distributed systems
- 3+ years of team lead experience
- AWS
- DevOps
- IaC
- CICD
- Monitoring Solutions

Nice to Have Experience In:
- Google AdWords
- Microsoft Advertising
- Facebook Ads
- Machine Learning Systems
