Job Title: Full Desk Recruiter | B2B Sales
Location: 100% REMOTE in New England, The Midwest, NY/NJ, Mid-Atlantic
Salary: $40-50K with uncapped commission from deal #1 - First year OTE $80-150K++

What You Will Be Doing
- Business Development: Target decision-makers, you will use our technology, tools, and resources to bring in new clients through a variety of methodologies tactics (E-mail Campaigns, Direct Outreach, Networking, Cold-Calling, Previous Relationships)
- Build relationships with clients and candidates by finding the best match for both parties. Recruiting is given a huge boost with our proprietary applicant tracking system and sourcing tool, Cyrus (check out my LinkedIn for more info), our partnerships with all the major job boards, and our partnership with LinkedIn (our tech is integrated into their system).
- Negotiate fees and terms with clients, set up interviews, and make offers/negotiate salary, etc
- Bottom line: You will have all of the training, tools, and support you'll need to be successful.
What You Need for this Position
Qualifications:
- BA/BS Preferred
- 12 months+ of agency recruiting OR B2B Sales
- Tech Savvy: PC/Mac, Microsoft Office, Video Conferencing, Internet Search Engines)
- Comfortable navigating and utilizing LinkedIn - LinkedIn Recruiter or Navigator a bonus
- Self-driven and self-motivated. You are eager to figure things out on your own, but not afraid to ask for help when needed.
