Accountabilities:
Serve as a point of contact for AV system and equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, configuration, and installation.
In order to give solutions for extremely complicated systems, communicate with the project and service teams as well as the customer directly.
Conduct remote AV network troubleshooting.
Develop and train AV engineers at Tier I and Tier II.
Assist Ops leadership in creating best practices for AV support.
Helping on-site installation crews during new installations with commissioning
Help with managed services, system updates, and preventive maintenance for customers.
As workload permits, help with pre-sales and AV Design duties.
Notifying the project manager or account manager about problems so that they are known internally
