We are looking to fill the position of Trust & Estate Attorney. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in trust and estate laws and regulations in order to properly advise clients and help them achieve their goals. The attorney should be able to handle trust and estate matters in an ethical and professional manner, and be knowledgeable in trusts, estate planning, and estate administration.
Position Overview: The Trust & Estate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and services related to trust and estate planning, administration and litigation. The attorney will be expected to draft and review legal documents, and handle the implementation of estate plans, trusts, and other related matters.
