The ideal candidate would have experience and expertise in Litigation, with knowledge of Civil Litigation, Products Liability, Tort Litigation, Construction, Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, Business Law, Pre-Trial, Trail Work, Motion, Depositions and Case Management. The position requires excellent client contact and communication skills.
