We're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and knowledgeable Assistant Project Manager to assist project teams develop and achieve scope of work, project schedules, budgets, coordination of people/resources, and client relationships.
This position requires creativity, initiative, teamwork, as well as superb communication skills, and problem-solving. This is an ideal position for someone who has fundamental experience in the construction industry and is interested in taking their career to the next level.
The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience and a thorough understanding of construction means and methods.

What You Will Be Doing
-Assistant Project Manager: your key responsibilities will be to serve as project support by planning, organizing, and implementing project management principles
-The role encompasses cross-functional communication with a key focus on prioritization, organization and critical thinking
-Review project specifications and plans; create project description and initial bid list to meet project specifications
-Provide Project Managers with Support: Subcontractor Bid Comparisons, Calling Subcontractors and Vendors, Bid Submission Package.
-Prepare meeting schedules and agendas various startup, kickoff, pre-job planning, distribution lists, and reinstallation meetings in varies Project Software.
-Provide takeoff support and specific product pricing
What You Need for this Position
At least 3 years in construction management/coordination or similar role within the construction industry
Experience with Public infrastructure areas - roads, bridges and airports.
