Job Title: Assistant Controller (Manufacturing, FP&A) - RELOCATION AVAILABLE to Phoenix Area
Job Location: ON-SITE - Full Time - Tolleson, AZ (New Plant)
Salary: $100,000-$130,000 - Negotiable, depending on experience
Requirements: Accounting/Finance Degree, CPA preferred, Financial Planning, Budgeting, Manufacturing Experience

What You Will Be Doing
You are responsible for leading the financial operations of the new Phoenix, AZ plant! The main finance team is located in Fresno, CA. You will be closely aligned to the team and provide local support to operations, in all financial matters. You will monitor correct protocols and processes for financial controls, reporting, payments for the Phoenix/Tolleson Plant. You will also be required to support the AP/AR function. You will be responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes such as forecasting, budgeting, engaging in cost reduction analysis, and reviewing operational performance. Prepare budgets, coordinate month-end-close and management reporting on a periodic basis, analyze financial activities and performance, recommend action as needed for multiple manufacturing locations.
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- CPA or license in progress, is preferred
- 3+ Years in FP&A experience, Manufacturing environment
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Cost Accounting, Variance Analysis
- Reporting, Budgeting experience
- SAP experience in manufacturing and cost accounting is also preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required
