Our client is looking for Technical Writers at all levels who are interested in fully remote contract positions. These contract roles can range from 3-6-months. Positions are available for a variety of different teams.
Qualifications to be considered:
* Bachelors degree
* Experience in content creation or editing, including online publishing
* Proven multitasker, able to project manage small- to medium-size projects, prioritize multiple stakeholder needs, and meet aggressive deadlines
* Past success designing documentation for software APIs
* Intermediate knowledge of XML, markdown, or HTML
* Intermediate experience with Git
* Excellent oral and written communicator, comfortable with frequent cross-functional and senior management contact and able to exert indirect authority to deliver results
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a multi-language, ecommerce publishing environment, including globalization for translation, terminology databases and management and other world-ready approaches
* Strong editorial background and proofreading skills, as well as experience adhering to editorial and technical style guides
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
