Position Overview:
We are seeking a Tax Manager with a solid track record in tax planning and compliance for similar types of clients. This role demands a deep understanding of tax preparation and strategic tax planning for both for-profit and non-profit entities.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and oversee comprehensive tax services for a diverse range of clients, ensuring top-tier quality and compliance.
-Provide expert advice on complex tax issues, optimize tax benefits and ensure compliance with current laws.
-Develop and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and part of their strategic growth.
-Manage, mentor, and build a team of tax professionals, fostering a supportive and engaging work environment.
-Keep abreast of legislative changes and their impacts, implementing necessary adjustments to strategies.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; Master's degree or CPA highly preferred.
-5+ years of relevant tax management experience, with significant hands-on preparation experience.
-Proven expertise in managing a broad range of tax issues for both for-profit and non-profit clients.
-Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex tax issues.
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
