Job Title: Remote Digital Marketing Manager - $135-$165k (Optimizely, HubSpot)
Salary: $135-$165k Base + Benefits & 401k

With office across the country, we are a well-established and VC funded data orchestration org working with Apache Airflow.
We have 400 customers, including Ford, Walmart, and quite a few well known banks and SaaS orgs.
Our current ARR has grown from $20MM to ARR is $31 million in the last 1.5 years.
We offer managed services around Apache Airflow to help our clients maintain and scale their data pipelines.
Airflow is a free service, but can be tricky to use. A lot of companies have issues maintaining, updating, and customizing Airflow, and keeping on eye on it's security.
They can get trapped in old versions of the product which prevents them from scaling as needed.
Our managed service make this process simple and affective. We use Apachae Airflow to help our clients manage their scalability, security, and reliability of critical data pipelines.
Finally, we've been in business 6 years, have 180 employees, and are Series C funded for just over $280 million.
Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Digital Marketing Manger experienced with:
Experience with tools like Demandbase and 6Sense are a big plus, but not required.
You will be working on a 4 person team in a 15 person marketing department.
You will be servicing 2 internal teams, 1) enterprise marketing, and 2) product led marketing.
The right candidate will be senior and able to advise us on which strategies and tools are most effective vs. us providing them with a very specific playbook.
Additionally, this person will start as an IC but we're growing out team significantly, so ideally you will be comfortable with and interested in managing in the near future.
