We have many repeat clients who continue to come back to us for work to this day. With that being said, we are in need of adding an experienced Superintendent to our team for some upcoming tenant improvement projects.

- Scheduling, planning, and coordinating activities for the project
- Work as on-site coordinator
- Work hand in hand with Project Manager
- 3+ years of experience as Superintendent on Commercial or T.I. projects
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Competitive base salary from $90k - $110k + bonus
- 401k match up to 4%
- Full dental, medical, vision insurance
