Project Manager - PE, Highway, Bridge
Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and experienced Project Manager to provide oversight of large-scale projects, manage all aspects of projects, and ensure successful completion of project goals and objectives. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all project phases including pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases. The successful candidate will have a strong background in highway, bridge, and roadway construction and an aptitude for project planning and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate strong management and leadership skills to ensure project goals and objectives are achieved
Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
Monitor and ensure compliance to safety regulations and codes
Oversee all project phases including pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases
Manage all project personnel including subcontractors, vendors, and other related personnel
Ensure all project deliverables are completed on-time and on-budget
Resolve conflicts between project personnel and stakeholders
Prepare various project reports and presentations
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing
5+ years of large-scale project management experience
Demonstrated experience in highway, bridge, and roadway construction
Knowledge of state road, toll road, LOE, contracts, technical writing, and P&L
Excellent management, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in the use of project management software
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
