We're looking for a Program Coordinator to act as the overall Lead, Manager, and Administrator for multiple programs and projects within our organization including, but not limited to, a Loyalty Program and subscription-based CRM Platform. You will coordinate such projects by collaborating with teams both within and outside of the organization, ensuring everything runs smoothly and adheres to program objectives while maintaining a high level of detail for each project.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary interface and point of contact for
program/project issues. In addition, the Programs Coordinator will be expected
to shape customer expectations, monitor and analyze program performance, and to
develop strong relationships and routinely interact with stakeholders in order
to optimize these programs.
The main objective for this newly created position within our growing top-30
travel company is to manage successful programs that deliver positive results
for the company.
Responsibilities:
* Creating new ideas and developing long-term plans following company direction
* Organizing and coordinating inter-connected projects between multiple
departments
* Collaborating on suitable strategies and objectives with executives
* Facilitating activities that move programs forward successfully
* Engaging with provider partners and IT for day-to-day maintenance of program
solutions
* Ensuring proper functionality of programs as designed
* Assessing program performance in order to maximize ROI
* Preparing reports for program stakeholders
* Monitoring various programs consoles, platforms, and dashboards
* Responding to member/subscriber inquiries and directing issues to appropriate
avenue for resolution
* Collaborating with teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve common issues
* Identifying new approaches to increasing sales, encouraging profitable
behaviors, and increasing customer satisfaction with the programs
* Collaborating with company leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute
new features and enhancements to the programs
Skills and Qualifications:
* Skilled in analytics, project management, and coordination of marketing
initiatives
* Experience in producing email campaigns.
* Experience as a Programs Coordinator, traffic/project manager or other
related position(s)
* Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
* Ability to evaluate program performance
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office as well as of program/project management
software
* Ability to visualize your own ideas using Microsoft Office, Adobe programs or
similar for creative team to produce
* Outstanding collaboration, organizational, me-management, and facilitation
skills
* Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
