Title: Process Engineering Manager
Location: Mocksville, NC
Salary: $85,000- $115,000/year + Bonus (~ Two months salary)
Lead the team of process techs, develop the department by managing effective process management and control strategies to ensure our products consistently meet customer requirements.
- Define, develop, implement effective strategies at expected operational outputs (Waste, Cost, Efficiencies, throughputs, etc.)
- Collect data to make improvements / modifications using scientific principles related to magnitude, momentum, heat transfer, etc.
- Ability to understand cause and effect relationships between process inputs and process outputs, controlling them to achieve predictable results
- Help support production to maintain high product quality and maximize production and efficiency.
- Engineering Degree preferred
- 3+ years of process engineering experience
- Leadership, management, and/or supervisory experience (ideally teams 3+)
- Experienced with TPS, Six Sigma, Lean
- Data & KPI Driven - RCA, 5Y, A3, Fishbone
