Title: Plant Manager
Location: Lebanon, IN
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 Plus Potential Company Bonus & Benefits
Requirements: At least 10+ Years in Food and Beverage Manufacturing with strong lean experience, and the ability to adapt to a leadership role in a high volume Manufacturing Plant.

What You Will Be Doing
The Plant Manager has responsibility for safe, sanitary, high quality and productive manufacture of frozen value-added products at our new facility in Lebanon, IN. The Plant Manager will ensure the safety, quality and legality of all processing and packaging operations. Primary responsibility includes leading the Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Sanitation teams by exploiting opportunities to improve product and process and ensuring consistency of execution across shifts. This position reports to the Director of Frozen Manufacturing.
