Title: Operations Manager - Corrugated & Protective Packaging
Location: Bennington, VT 05201 (45 Minutes Northeast of Albany, NY & 90 Minutes Northwest of Springfield, MA)
Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 + Relocation
Founded in the 1940s we are a 300+ employee converter of custom corrugated products and protective packaging serving as one of the largest in the northeast. We have been growing in market share and have increased headcount by 10% over the past 2 years. For this Operations Manager position we are targeting someone coming out of the corrugated / protective packaging space who has the experience being a firm Operations Manager in a manufacturing & production environment. You would serve as the lead for this department and will have a big impact on the direction it heads.
