Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Selma, IN
Salary: $100,000- $120,000/year
We are a plastics piping drainage manufacturing company that is looking for a Maintenance Manager to spearhead our maintenance department at our new plant location-- 40,000 square feet facility sitting on 20 acres of land
- Spearhead all activities within our Maintenance department in the Plant
- Supervise, strategize, delegate, and provide technical expertise to various plant mechanical trades
- Lead department in the maintaining of equipment, machines, and systems
- Identify, troubleshoot, repair, and resolve maintenance issues to improve reliability and uptime
- Manage and oversee the maintenance budget
- Manage the maintenance and operations of the mobile equipment fleet and storeroom inventory
- Lead the implementation of capital projects
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Plastics experience is a bonus
- $2,000 Sign-on Bonus
