If you are an IT Infrastructure Technician who would like to be a "Field Technician" on a REMOTE Contract, that could go temp to perm and live in the Central, South New Jersey or the Philadelphia area, please read on! This role is a field engineer, traveling to our sites, when not traveling working REMOTE from home.
We are a strong company in the healthcare industry who grows by M&A and merging clinics into our growing number of locations in the New Jersey region. We are looking for an Infrastructure Field Technician with networking skills who can be the day to day support for the clinics. You should have level 2 and 3 experience. You will work REMOTE, but must be live in the area as you will be driving to each clinic as you merge and support them into our organization.
The IT Infrastructure Field Technician will need to be detail oriented and able to handle the day-to-day issues but also be able to look at the big picture and work strategically. This position must possess a strong commitment to high-quality customer service and solid work ethic. Having the ability to follow, document, and maintain standardized procedures is a must. The candidate must be an experienced field technician with a proven track record of hands-on experience. This position will support and promote the adoption of user productivity tools and techniques including Office 365 and SharePoint.
We are looking for someone who has a strong background as a Level 2 and Level 3 Infrastructure Technician. This is not a Level 1 role.
- Bachelor's Degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience/certifications
- 4+ years of IT Support experience in an Enterprise IT environment, with focus on internal client (end user) support and satisfaction
- At least 4+ years IT experience, in multi-site environment
- Experience as a field technician or with relocating a company or offices
- Exceptionally self-motivated and directed with ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
- Ability to adapt to challenging situations quickly
- Exceptional customer service orientation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- CompTIA A+, MCSE, PMP, ITIL desired
- Skilled in responding to Help Desk requests and working with end-users to resolve internal issues & experience with Helpdesk ticketing software
- Experience with Microsoft O365 suite of tools including OneDrive & SharePoint
- Networking skills highly desired
We can offer a CONTRACT position that could go temp to perm working REMOTELY and you will be traveling to clinics in the New Jersey area. The pay rate is $35/hour to $50/hour depending on experience
As a contractor, we do offer benefits. You should live in the Central, South New Jersey or Philadelphia to travel to our clinics.
