Position Overview: The HR Director will be responsible for leading the human resources team and driving the development, implementation, and monitoring of HR initiatives and policies that are conducive to the company's growth and success. The HR Director will ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. They will provide leadership and support to their team and ensure effective management of processes such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
