Financial Analyst Real Estate
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Financial Analyst with a background in real estate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for analyzing real estate investments, creating investor presentations, and managing the underwriting and asset management process. The successful candidate will have exceptional analytical and communication skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist with analyzing real estate investments and prepare written summaries of findings
-Assist with creating investor presentations that accurately reflect the financials of real estate investments
-Assist with the underwriting process for new real estate investments
-Assist with monitoring the asset management process for current real estate investments
-Help with creating and maintaining a portfolio of real estate investments
-Update existing real estate models
-Provide financial analysis support for real estate acquisition and sales
Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in Finance or similar field
-2-5+ years of experience in investment banking, real estate underwriting, asset management, and finance
-Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills (this is a client facing role)
-Comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry
-Proficiency in Excel Modeling, investment banking powerpoints, other financial analysis software
-Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
