We are looking for an experienced Field Engineering Manager to join our top tier Building Automation and cleanroom services company . Lead successful deployment of cleanroom equipment at customer locations, ensure a smooth, scalable, repeatable process. Manage logistics and scheduling for customer activities, (routing, scheduling, and resource allocation). Assist with development and implementation of SOPs for deployment and startup readiness and execution.
Manage all aspects of cleanroom service delivery (preventive maintenance, repairs, and technical support) Develop and implement processes to maximize fleet efficiency/ uptime, utilizing LEAN methods where applicable. Track, monitor, and report on key service metrics, identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Lead a team of service techs, provide coaching, mentoring, performance management.
Provide accurate and timely technical assistance to customers in proper operation and maintenance of cleanroom equipment. Analyze performance data, identify potential issues, work proactively with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve them. Develop and improve diagnostic tools and services to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Stay up-to-date on latest cleanroom technologies and best practices.
Build strong relationships with customers, ensure their satisfaction and exceed expectations. Manage communication with customers, foster trust and transparency. Proactively identify customer needs and concerns, taking initiative to address them effectively. Drive continuous improvement efforts by gathering customer feedback and implementing solutions.
Knowledgeable on environmental controls, HVAC, plumbing, building automation systems. Experience in servicing a remote fleet, building systems to ensure operational excellence.
Ability to manage complex projects and resources effectively, meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Preferred technical knowledge of cleanroom equipment and related building systems. Ability to work independently with a cross-functional team. Passionate about customer service and continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field preferred*
