Job Title: Family Law Paralegal
Location: Cary, NC
Salary: $50,000-85,000
Well-established, award winning law firm is looking to add an experienced Family Law Paralegal to their growing team based in the Raleigh-Durham Area. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with all things family law, particularly with a focus on divorce and child custody cases. This is an on-site position in Cary, NC with work from home flexibility as needed.
- Help us provide top-notch services with compassion to our clients who are going through some of the most difficult times in their lives
- Maintain communications with clients - updates & information gathering
- Draft various legal documents - subpoenas, complaints, pretrial orders, briefs, affidavits, etc.
- Schedule hearings, file motions, track court filings and request court documents as needed
- Various Administrative duties
- 3 years of experience as a Paralegal in law firm setting
- Previous family law experience highly preferred
- NC State Bar Certified Paralegal highly preferred
- Associate's/Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies or similar is preferred
- Adept at multi-tasking
