We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst - Regulatory Reporting to join our team. This individual will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks related to the preparation of regulatory reports and compliance with internal and external regulations. The ideal candidate must possess a thorough understanding of the regulatory environment and experience in the completion of applicable federal and state filing requirements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the preparation of Call Report, Audit, Tax, and Regulatory reports; responding to regulatory exam requests from external and internal auditors; preparing quarterly tax estimates and annual tax return documents; preparing specialty banking unit reports; and researching and interpreting applicable regulations.
