By a highly skilled and qualified merit-shop workforce, we deliver projects on-time and on-budget at manufacturing, process, and power plants across the U.S.
Our Electrical Division is growing, shockingly fast. Because of this, we are in need of a seasoned Project Manager, with at least 5+ years of experience, ideally on larger scale industrial, manufacturing, power plant & similar type builds.
Responsibilities
-Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
-Allocate resources for assigned projects.
-Interface with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
-Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
-Develop and manage detailed project plans and report on progress.
-Manage the relationship with all stakeholders, including clients and third parties/vendors
-Perform risk management to minimize project risks
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Qualifications
-Minimum of 5+yrs of recent Electrical Project Management experience within the Construction Industry
-Ideally, Larger, Ground up, Industrial Project Experience
-Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
-Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods
-Excellent project management and supervisory skills
-PMP Certification is a PLUS
