Our client, a nationally known healthcare provider in Nashville, TN, is looking for a senior-level Senior Marketing Manager with corporate B2B experience to join their team in a full-time capacity.
This is a fully onsite opportunity, 5 days per week. Candidates must be within driving distance of Nashville or willing to relocate. There's a relocation package available for candidates looking to move to Nashville.
The Senior Marketing Manager will report to/work closely with the Head of Marketing, along with working across teams. This role must have in-depth business and marketplace knowledge to lead the development and execution of annual strategic marketing plans, including market research, marketing campaigns, and successful advertising and public relations efforts. You'll be in charge of crafting key messaging and positioning for all branding initiatives for the assigned LOB, so being a strong writer is a must.
Senior Marketing Manger Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans to support primary LOB growth
-With the marketing team, develop promotional material, email marketing campaigns, website assets and collateral resource library to support LOB
-Collaborate with senior leadership, service line owners and contracting experts to write content for sales collateral, How-to-Sell documents, presentations, case studies, web content and sales training
-Assess LOB new market and/or customer segments and develop appropriate strategies and tactics to drive penetration
-Develop creative and strategic insights about customer needs through collaboration with other departments
-Lead market research: execute and interpret primary or secondary research to generate key strategic insights, assess market potentials, etc.
-Help lead tradeshow and conference strategy
-Work with the PR team to identify and execute public relations efforts that align to branding and messaging
Senior Marketing Manager Requirements:
-10+ years of B2B marketing experience; background in healthcare, medical devices, non-acute care preferred
-Bachelors Degree in Marketing and/or Marketing Communications
-Experience writing copy for marketing, sales, and/or thought leadership
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
-Highly professional individual able to to present to c-suite and stakeholders
-Experience working with non-acute care organizations is a plus!
