We are seeking an experienced Director of Construction to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects across various markets including residential, ground up, commercial, and multi-story. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Design Build and Renovation processes, and have a successful track record in the construction industry.
Position Overview: The Director of Construction will oversee all aspects of the construction process from pre-development through completion. This individual will manage teams of various sizes and will serve as the main point of contact for project owners, subcontractors and other stakeholders. Additionally, the Director of Construction will maintain project budgets, timelines and ensure quality control.
