What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure successful project delivery and growth on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction
- Monitor customer satisfaction, ensure quality of services, and take corrective action when needed
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, and partners
- Oversee the professional services team, including hiring, training, and managing staff, including driving career growth for top performers and overall employee satisfaction
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures for the successful delivery of implementation services and operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement within and across departments
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects
- Ensure that all service-related activities are compliant with company policies and industry regulations
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies, including developing new ways to monetize services
- Meet/exceed revenue and profitability goals set for professional services department
What You Need for this Position
Ideally 8+ yrs in Professional Services with:
- Proven track record of leading successful professional services teams
- Ability to effectively manage and direct a team of professional services staff
- Ability to provide strategic direction and guidance for the team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Ability to identify and execute on opportunities to grow revenue
- Ability to cultivate relationships with clients
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision making
