We are founded and owned by T.V.s largest publishers. Our mission is to be bring simplicity & scale to audience based campaigns in television. We're working with over 100 advertisers and anticipating another year of significant growth!

As a rapidly growing company (founded in 2017 & up 140% year over year) we've recently elevated our C-Suite Team in preparation for our next stage of growth and are building our Technology, Product, and Operations Executive Teams.

What You Will Be Doing

- Ownership of external engineering, reviewing and adjusting tech strategies that are in place
- Responsible for the entire 3rd party engineering budget
- Partner with President Product & Operations, and with VP Platform Product to scope new services and products
- Determine where the development for services should occur (in-house or through one of their tech vendors)
- Responsible for tech and architecture decisions regardless of whether they related to in-house development or outsource development.

What You Need for this Position

- 10+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of experience in data warehouse or data infrastructure software development
- 3+ years of experience in managing and leading teams
- Strong AWS experience
- Strong Snowflake experience

Desired skills:

- Prior experience in the advertising and media industry a plus
- Athena, Redshift, Spark, Airflow
- Data architecture/modeling, scaling big data, engineering management
