Job Title: Senior Firmware Verification Engineer
Job Location: Andover, MA or San Jose, CA
Job Salary: $150k - $170k + Bonus + Benefits + an incredible RSU package - $250k - $300k Total Package

We are a global tech leader in the semiconductor industry based in Andover, MA or San Jose, CA. We have been supplying cutting edge networking ASIC's and multi-chip solutions for the past 30 years. Due to growth we are seeking an experience Firmware Verification Lead who has a strong background with video standards, testing, test benching, verification, and a firmware/embedded engineering background.

What You Will Be Doing
You will be leading a small group of firmware engineers, coordinating firmware releases, create and execute test plans, and developing test bench.
What You Need for this Position
Must Have Skills:
1.) Firmware/Embedded engineering experience
2.) Experience with video standards including: MPEG2, AVC, HEVC, VVC, VP9, AV1
3.) Experience with Verification, testing, test benching
