Our beginnings are rooted in hazardous waste transportation but over the years we became known as an industry leader dedicated to cradle-to-grave Waste Management and Civil Construction. Recent years have seen further expansion into Environmental Services that include compacting, grading, concrete, remediation, demolition, and reclamation.

What You Will Be Doing
- Collect and analyze data that impacts all aspects of job to maximize quality and accuracy of bid in a timely manner
- Review and compile "take-off" quantities, existing cost history, calculations to ensure accuracy
- Participate in estimate and bid reviews
- Competitor analysis
- Review and report drawings, specifications and proposed project site conditions
- Analyze alternative solutions and construction methods
- Analyze and communicate bidding risks and strategies
- Participate in pre-construction meetings to ensure field operations understanding of scope of job
- Maintain and support all internal safety, quality, and environmental standards and procedures
- Manage projects to completion after award
What You Need for this Position
*Major bonus if you know HeavyBid HCSS Software*
More Than 5 Years of experience and knowledge of:
- Underground/Wet Utilities REQUIRED
- Wastewater Management
- Sewer System Construction
