What You Will Be Doing

As a construction superintendent you will be responsible for the daily operations of a construction site from planning projects to overseeing their completion. Duties generally include scheduling work to proceed according to a strict timeline, conducting audits and checks to ensure that work corresponds with blueprints or client requests, and monitoring safety and compliance.

What You Need for this Position

At least 3 years of experience supervising/managing commercial construction projects

- Reading Blue Prints
- Managing crews
- Medical construction experience
- Commercial Construction Experience
Construction in Healthcare Setting: 3 years (Preferred)
ProCore: 1 year (Preferred)
Microsoft Project: 1 year (Preferred)
