What You Will Be Doing

As a Test & Balance Technician, you will be responsible for testing, balancing, calibrating, and installing air, hydronic, HVAC, and plumbing systems in accordance with the highest industry standards. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing systems and performing regular maintenance and inspections.

What You Need for this Position

At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry as a Test & Balance Technician is required to be considered for this position. You should also have experience in air, hydronic, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Other required skills include excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
