If you are a Technical Support Engineer with experience in customer support and debugging technical problems, please read on!

Located in San Francisco, California, we specialize in our automated AI Content Distribution Platform that we use to integrate our product into the technical infrastructure of our clients. Our goal is to assist our clients to be able to receive a great return on investment, and expand their businesses at a rapid pace.

We are looking for a sharp Technical Support Engineer who is going to be excellent at providing level 1 and 2 support. This engineer will be responsible for handling/debugging complex issues as well as giving our customers an excellent experience. We want this person to be able to make a difference here and be responsible for creating new features and functionality within our internal tools. Any experience with scripting, programming, or version control systems would be great! We work collaboratively in a team environment here so someone with this same type of mentality will over it here.

*This is a 100% remote position now and post COVID-19*
